Why we don't show a cookie-consent banner
We looked at what this Site actually uses cookies for before deciding whether a consent banner was needed. The only first-party tracking cookie is Google Analytics, used solely for internal analytics; we run no advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, and we don't sell personal information. Leaf Busters is also a small, Texas-based local service business — we don't meet the thresholds that trigger a mandatory opt-in cookie banner under current Texas or U.S. state privacy laws. Based on that, we've chosen not to add a consent-gate banner, rather than install one as boilerplate. Instead, we give you clear information here and straightforward ways to opt out (below).
Your choices
- Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking cookies may affect how some parts of the Site work, including the booking form or maps.
- You can opt out of Google Analytics specifically using Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
