Terms & Conditions
These terms cover the leaf removal and fall yard cleanup services ("Services") provided by Leaf Busters, a DBA of The Landscaper Crew, based in Arlington, Texas ("Leaf Busters," "we," "us"), and your use of leafbustersdfw.com (the "Site"). By requesting a quote, booking a Service, or using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site or book a Service.
Who we are
Leaf Busters is a bagless leaf removal service serving Arlington and Fort Worth, Texas, with additional DFW cities coming soon. We're run by local college students using truck-mounted vacuum equipment — there are no subcontractors or call centers involved in the work itself.
Quotes & pricing
Quotes are free and are not a binding contract until you confirm you'd like to book. Published price ranges (such as the typical $250–$350 shown on this Site for a standard front-and-back-yard home) are estimates for a typical property; larger, heavily wooded, or otherwise unusual properties may cost more. We give you an exact price before we begin any work, and we don't start work you haven't agreed to the price for. Any time-limited promotion or discount described elsewhere on the Site (for example, a seasonal booking incentive) is governed by the specific dates and conditions stated on the page where it appears.
Scheduling
We schedule service by phone, text, email, or the booking form on this Site. Same-day service is sometimes available but is never guaranteed — availability depends on crew capacity and weather. Because our work happens outdoors, rain, storms, or unsafe conditions can require us to reschedule your visit; if that happens, we'll contact you to find a new time as soon as reasonably possible.
Cancellations & rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule a quote request or scheduled visit at any time before we begin work by calling or texting (682) 238-0383 or emailing contact@thelandscapercrew.com. We don't charge a cancellation fee for canceling before work begins. Because we generally quote and invoice for payment at or after the service is completed rather than collecting payment up front, there is typically nothing to refund if you cancel before we start. If you believe you were charged incorrectly for completed work, contact us and we'll review it.
Our guarantee
If something about a completed job isn't right, tell us and we'll come back and make it right. That's the guarantee, on every job, every time — no fine print, no runaround.
Payment
We accept cash, credit card, and check. Invoicing and payment processing for most jobs is handled through Jobber, the scheduling and invoicing software we use; see our Privacy Policy for how information you provide is handled.
Calls & text messages
If you give us your phone number to request a quote or schedule service, you agree that we may call or text you about your quote and service. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchase. 2026 Community Giveback
The separate terms for our 2026 Community Giveback campaign — including qualifying jobs, voting, and how the donation amount is calculated — are posted at Giveback Terms and apply in addition to these Terms & Conditions when you take part in that campaign.
Using this Site
Content on this Site — including photos, video, and descriptions of our process — reflects our actual equipment, crews, and work. Please don't copy or reuse our photos, video, or written content without permission. The Site is provided "as is"; we try to keep information (like service areas and pricing) accurate and current, but availability and pricing are always confirmed at the time you request a quote.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leaf Busters is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or the Services, beyond the cost of the Service itself and subject to our guarantee above. Nothing in these terms limits any right or protection that Texas or federal consumer protection law does not allow to be limited or waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. These terms are not legal advice, and nothing here is intended to waive any right you have under applicable law.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
