The Leaf Busters Community Giveback (the "Giveback") is a promotional charitable-giving campaign conducted by Leaf Busters DFW, a DBA of All American Landscape ("Leaf Busters," "we," "us"). Leaf Busters will contribute an amount equal to 5% of qualifying collected leaf-removal revenue generated during the campaign period to a local organization chosen by verified public vote, as described below.
Qualifying revenue consists of revenue actually collected by Leaf Busters DFW for eligible leaf-removal services performed during the campaign period. Sales tax, refunds, canceled services, unpaid invoices, and non-leaf-removal services are excluded from the calculation. The displayed Community Giveback total is a running estimate until the campaign closes and final accounting, including any applicable refunds or payment adjustments, is complete.
No purchase is required to vote. Voting does not require booking a Leaf Busters service, and voting does not create a prize, discount, or monetary benefit for the voter. Voters are not donating money to Leaf Busters or to the selected organization — the contribution is made by Leaf Busters directly.
Each individual may cast one verified vote for the entire campaign. Votes must be verified using the verification method Leaf Busters provides. Leaf Busters may reject duplicate, fraudulent, automated, manipulated, or otherwise invalid votes, and may place suspicious votes under review before counting them toward the public results. Voting is limited to individuals located within Leaf Busters' service area/community.
Organizations are nominated by the public and reviewed by Leaf Busters before appearing on the ballot. Leaf Busters verifies that a nominated organization is legitimate, operates within Leaf Busters' service area or community, and is able and willing to receive the contribution before including it. Leaf Busters reserves the right to reject a nomination or remove a listed organization if it provides false information, is found ineligible, cannot legally or practically receive the contribution, requests removal, engages in vote manipulation, or violates applicable law.
The organization receiving the most verified votes at the end of the voting period will receive the Community Giveback Fund. If two or more organizations finish with the same number of verified votes, the fund will be divided equally among the tied organizations. If the selected organization is unable or unwilling to accept the contribution, Leaf Busters may award the fund to the next eligible organization based on verified votes.
The final donation amount will be calculated after the campaign closes and applicable refunds, cancellations, and payment adjustments have been accounted for. Leaf Busters will publicly announce the final donation amount and the selected organization.
To vote, we collect your name, email address, and phone number solely to send a one-time verification code and prevent duplicate voting. Your email and phone are stored in hashed/tokenized form alongside your vote record and are never displayed publicly or shared with the organization you voted for. We do not require a Google review, a purchase, or any other action as a condition of voting. If you check the separate marketing opt-in box on the vote form, we may also email you about future Leaf Busters promotions — that opt-in is optional, unchecked by default, and never bundled with the act of voting itself.
